In the Spring of 2009, thirteen men sought to bring Omega Delta Phi to the University of Florida: Mario Del Rio, Angel Estrella, Carlos Estrella, Ryan Valdes, Harold Sanchez, Diego Recinos, Giancarlo Franchini, Davier Rodriguez, Lesly Jerome, Manuel Rodriguez, Nikola Kenjic, Phillip Chitty, and Rafael Cruzado. 

 

Their vision was continued by the Charter Line of Fall 2009: Jonathan Avilez, Raul Orellana, and Wesley Scruggs.
